I want to become toned but I don't want to use weights because I don't want to become bulky ? im a girl btw
To become toned and to improve your fitness level etc you should use weights. Women aren’t able to become as muscly as men because they don’t have the same levels of testosterone as guys do, to do so you would have to take supplements. Also weight training (10-15/15/20kg) will offset the effects of ostial perosis by strengthening your bones.
